Unfortunately, we do not accept returns. If you have questions or would like more details about a product, please reach out to us at designedbykendal@gmail.com

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
If there is an issue with your order (it was damaged in transit, did not arrive, etc.), please reach out to us. We want to ensure you receive what you ordered or receive a refund for items that were lost. 

Please reach out to us if there is an issue with your order. Please note that items can only be exchanged or refunded if the package arrives damaged or does not arrive at all.
